In their latest article “15 Teeny Tine Changes to Lose Weight Faster,” Prevention Magazine describes how a study completed over a 4-month period revealed “that participants who made one small, potentially permanent change in their food choices and/or physical activity each week lost more than twice as much belly fat, 2 ½ more inches off their waistlines, and about 4 times more weight” in comparison to participants that followed the traditional guidelines regarding calorie-restriction and physical activity.
