Wellness Wednesdays: Wednesdays in Midtown Park

One important aspect of taking charge of your health is through exercise.

Wellness Wednesdays at North Hills is a new series of three eight-week fitness sessions during the spring, summer and fall at Midtown Park in Raleigh. Each event encourages participants to “Get Your Fit On” and promotes “whole-body wellness through a wide variety of fitness concepts followed by a weekly, after-class social outing.” From yoga, Zumba and tabata, there is a great mix of fitness programs to ensure you will have fun while breaking a sweat! Did we also mention that it is FREE?
