Sarah has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, training and operations in the retail, education and hospitality industries. She has spent recent years focused on healthcare and travel nurse staffing. She has been named a Top 25 Talent Acquisition Professional by the OnCon Icon Awards in 2022 and 2023 and was also named a Top Operations Leader in 2023.

Sarah grew up in New York and has lived in seven states in the last 20 years. She now resides in the East Valley of Arizona with her husband and three kids. When she is not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and all of their animals (six dogs and three cats), running and weight lifting, baking and camping.
