Your TinkBird recruiter will share additional job details with you and determine compatibility for the position.

If both parties are interested in moving forward, we will assist in scheduling a site visit to tour the facility and meet personnel.
STEP 3
We’ll clear your name with the hospital (to ensure you haven’t been submitted in the past, either directly or through another agency).
STEP 7
The contract negotiation comes next. Your TinkBird recruiter can help facilitate this process between you and your future employer.
STEP 4
Once cleared, we’ll send the facility a full submission presentation on your behalf and wait to receive a response from the hospital.
