STEP 4
Once cleared, we’ll send the facility a full submission presentation on your behalf and wait to receive a response from the hospital.
STEP 5
If the hospital or medical practice is interested in you as a candidate, your TinkBird recruiter will schedule an interview(s).
STEP 6
If both parties are interested in moving forward, we will assist in scheduling a site visit to tour the facility and meet personnel.
STEP 7
The contract negotiation comes next. Your TinkBird recruiter can help facilitate this process between you and your future employer.
