Cierra lives in Missouri with her husband, Justice. Before transitioning to healthcare staffing, she worked in various fields, including teaching preschool. Throughout her career, one constant has been her commitment to care and preparation. In her role, Cierra is dedicated to enhancing internal processes to better support both client and employee care. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, hiking, swimming, and playing disc golf.
